Role Overview:
The Administration & Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the efficient operation of all school services, including facilities maintenance, cleaning, security, supply management, transportation, and cafeteria operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Maintenance: Manage facility upkeep, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate maintenance.
- Cleaning, Security & Canteen: Oversee hygiene, safety protocols, and cafeteria service.
- Supply & Logistics: Control procurement, inventory, and student transportation.
- Personnel Management: Supervise general services staff and plan shifts.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, optimizing resources.
- Special Projects: Lead infrastructure improvements and event logistics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Very high English level
- Expertise in facilities management, budgeting, and outsourcing.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- 10+ years of experience in general services management (preferably in education/institutions).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
