IB Diploma Programme Coordinator
Brewster Madrid is hiring an IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator to join our academic leadership team, starting July 1, 2025. This role ensures the quality and integrity of our IBDP, aligning with Brewster’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IBDP implementation, compliance, and standards.
- Facilitate communication, support, and training for teachers on IBDP practices.
- Manage assessment timelines, exam schedules, and result dissemination.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and faculty on program details and requirements.
- Coordinate with the IB community, ensuring smooth authorization and evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and IB expertise.
- Proven experience in high-performance team building and curriculum management.
